In total, he can gain 40% ATK from this skill alone. At the same time, it increases your survivability chance by weakening your enemies’ ATK by 40%. – He can also buff your Ship and Crew’s ATK by 30%.
Bonzo	SSS	Monki Gunner Wind	– Bonzo grants your Crw a rare buff, which is ATK SPD. And you know how impactful and expensive ATK SPD is in this game, right? He can buff it up to 200% based on his stacks. – As a DPS himself, Bonzo is just broken because of how fast he can attack. He gains 3% ATK SPD per attack (max 150%). Every 4 attacks, guaranteed Critical Strike.
Mecha Mog	SS	Cat Support	– Mecha Mog is the best pure support in Bounty Bash because of his offensive and defensive buffs. – He gives your Crew and Ship 30% ATK at Max HP. I know his buff has a condition, but his other skill helps you make the most of it without worrying too much. – He offers a shield based on 30% Max HP for 10 seconds and 50% ATK to Crew and Ship.
Pawsitive	S	Cat Gunner	– Pawsitive is pure DPS without any other utility. That’s why I ranked him only in S tier. – He can deal a lot of damage because his ATK get increased the lower your HP is, and it’s up to 6x. His ultimate has a 1000% DMG multiplier. – But the prerequisites to achieve his maximum ATK are just too risky and not worth it. You can’t just risk your HP when your enemies can suddenly sink your ship with their attacks.
Skully	S	Undead Fighter	– Skully is a niche hero where he truly shines in Undead Team, but because Undead have someone so broken like Whisker, so I think he deserves this spot. – He can buff all allies’ ATK by 10%, plus an additional 10% per Undead member on the team. – Damage-wise, he’s a good one to use because his ultimate has an 800% DMG multiplier.
Herbacan	S	Voodoo Magician	– Herbacan is a poison specialist, and yes, his poison can deal a lot of damage. – Other than dealing damage, he also has important debuffs, like reducing ATK SPD by 20% for all enemies. This buff can greatly increase your survivability because most enemies in this game rely on basic attacks.
Queen Piaf	A	Royal Support	– Queen Piaf offers two things. – First, she can buff your Ship and Crew’s ATK by 4% every 5 seconds. It’s a mediocre number, but you can still expect a decent result. Second, she can debuff enemies by reducing their healing by 30% for 5 seconds. She has a 50% chance to apply this when using her Ultimate.
Loki	A	Viking Fighter Ice	– The main reason why Loki deserve the A tier is because of his debuff. – He can freeze all your enemies for 4 seconds, and the chance to apply it is 50%. – And he can even buff your Ship and Crew’s ATK by 15% too.
Bonny	A	Pirate Gunner Water	– She’s a DPS that offers a small buff, but her damage scaling is amazingly good. – Bonny’s Ultimate has a DMG multiplier of 1000%. – She can also increase your Crew and Ship’s Skill Damage by 15%.
Korbolt	A	Slasher Magician Light	– Just like Bonny, Korbolt is a DPS with high Ultimate DMG. In fact, he’s a bit better because his scaling is 1100%. – He also has a small buff too, but his buff is more univeral because he increase ATK by 15%.
PoolKeen	A	Xenotek Support Plasma	– Poolken can only benefit you if you lack sustain, because she offers nothing in terms of offensive buffs. – She buffs your team with 20% HP and gives a shield based on 30% of Max HP for 10 seconds.
Kaboom	A	Cat Gunner Fire	– Kaboom is a niche hero since she benefits more from your match-ups against Fur enemies, where she deals 3x DMG and reduces their ATK by 1/3. – But besides that, Kaboom can also give your Crew and Ship a 25% increase to Boss DMG. – And his Ultimate can also deal Burn DMG too.
Poolplug	A	Xenotek Ranger Light	– Kinda similar to Kaboom, where she’s a niche character that specializes in dealing against Mechanical enemies. – Poolplug also grant 25% Boss DMG to your entire team. – But instead of giving Burn, she can Stun your enemies for 4 seconds with a 50% chance to apply it.
Nyra	A	Royal Ranger Wind	– Nyra is another niche character, but for Flying enemies. – Can also give your team a 25% Boss DMG Increase – Her Ultimate DMG scaling is really good because it has a 1100% DMG multiplier.
Montacos	A	Monki Fighter Fire	– Montacos is a supporter who can greatly reduce enemies’ ATK by 10% via his passive, and 50% for 4 seconds via his Ultimate, but the chance to trigger it is only 50%. – He’s a good sustain for your team overall by making your enemies deal less damage.
King Piaf	A	Royal Magician Wind	– He gives your team an ATK SPD buff of 5% every 5 seconds. Remember, ATK SPD is very important, and this kind of buff is rare. – He can also stun enemies for 3 seconds with a 50% chance.

Blasthare	A	Pirate Gunner	– Blasthare fires Eggs every 3 shots. It blinds and bounces 1 time. This passive is amazing because it’s easy to trigger, and blinding is a strong debuff in Bounty Bash. – He can also buff your allies’ ATK by 15%.
Jinxwing	B	Slasher Magician	– A hero with a unique skill that lets her transfer your team’s debuffs to your enemies. In real practice, it’s not really important since most enemies don’t have meaningful debuffs to begin with. – She can also reduce your enemies’ Accuracy by 10%. Plazbit	B	Xenotek Gunner Plasma	– Plazbit is a DPS who has a 15% ATK buff for your allies. – In terms of damage, he has mediocre scaling because his Ultimate only deals 600% DMG.
